Recipe Ingredients

First of all, check if you have all the necessary ingredients for this recipe. Pay attention to the quantities!
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2/3 cup butter
  • 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

Recipe Instructions

Next, follow the steps to finalize your dish and finally be able to enjoy it!
  1. Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden.

  2. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, garlic, oregano, salt , and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes, and cook until almost done, about 10 minutes. Don't overcook otherwise the potatoes will break apart. Drain, and cool.

  4. Preheat oven broiler. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil, and lightly grease the aluminum foil.

  5. Arrange potatoes in the prepared baking tray. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture over the potatoes. Place on the prepared grill, and cook until potatoes are tender and mayonnaise mixture is lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
